It was fun and games on Saturday the 20th at The Regency Retirement Residence (RRR) when staff opened the doors to the community for a charity card night. Over 70 of us joined in for a great evening of camaraderie and competition to raise money for Lakeshore Corridor Community Team.
Although I haven't played much Euchre these last few years, my rotating partners and table mates didn't seem to mind. I got a chance to meet Joni Cursio the new General Manager of the RRR on Mississauga Road. Joni was delighted to have so many visitors and has offered the use of the facility to community groups looking for a meeting place. Thanks Joni!
